Meet Adam!

Adam is one of the Directors at Free Bird Support Services, bringing over 10 years of experience working within the disability unit of the correctional system. During this time, Adam identified gaps within the sector and saw the need for a more personalised approach where participants and families feel valued, supported, and never like just another number.

Adam created Free Bird Support Services with the vision of providing quality, caring, and individualised support. The name “Free Bird” reflects his belief that people can often feel limited or defined by their disability, and everyone deserves the opportunity to “Free your potential” and live their best life.

After recognising the importance of strong support and leadership within the organisation, Adam partnered with Chris, a long-time friend and former colleague, to establish Free Bird Support Services. Together, they share a commitment to delivering genuine support and making a positive difference in the lives of participants, families, and staff.

Adam takes a mentoring approach in his role, bringing his own life experiences, positivity, and sense of adventure into his work. He loves encouraging participants to step outside their comfort zones, try new experiences, and achieve things they never thought possible.
