OUR STORY

At Free Bird Support Services, we believe disability support is about more than providing a service. It's about building genuine relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and empowering people to live life on their own terms.

Founded in 2022 by Adam Halse and Chris Turner, Free Bird Support Services began in the Geelong region after the pair discovered a shared passion for delivering high quality, person centred support while working together at Port Phillip Prison. Inspired by Chris's lived experience as the father of two children with special needs, they set out to build a provider that puts people first.

We take the time to get to know each participant, understand their goals, and provide support that is tailored to their individual needs. We believe the best outcomes come from trust, genuine connections, and real world experiences that build confidence and independence.

What began as a local vision has grown to support participants across Melbourne, Geelong, and Central Victoria. As we've grown, our values have stayed the same. We are committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and personalised support that helps every person thrive.

At Free Bird Support Services, you're more than a participant. You're part of our community, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Let us help you find support that’s right for you.
