Whether it's supporting participants, families, or staff, she is always happy to help and share her expertise.

Known for her bubbly personality and friendly smile, Kate loves creating genuine connections with the people she meets. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, camping, gardening, and being kept on her toes by her young daughter.
