Meet Matilda!

Matilda is a valued member of the Free Bird team who has recently stepped into the disability support industry. She is currently completing her Certificate III in Individual Support and has shown a genuine passion for building positive relationships and helping participants achieve their goals.

Matilda enjoys going to the gym, camping, crafting, spending time with her dog, and making memories with her family and friends. Her kind, caring nature allows her to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment where participants feel comfortable being themselves.

Although she is new to the industry, Matilda has already shown so much potential, and we're excited to watch her continue to grow as a support worker.
