Meet Sarah,

Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the Free Bird team, with 18 years working across the adult and youth correctional sectors supporting people with disabilities and complex behavioural needs. She has also worked as a Disability Support Coordinator, building strong professional relationships with participants, service providers and the NDIS.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time outdoors. Camping, paddle boarding, being on or around the water, and caring for animals are just a few of her passions.

Sarah enjoys helping participants achieve their goals, build independence and celebrate every success along the way. Her knowledge, experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.
