Meet Tyler!

Tyler has been working in the disability sector for the past 6 years, with experience as a Support Worker and Client Coordinator. She has recently joined the Free Bird team as the Administration & Operations Officer, bringing a strong understanding of the support industry and the importance of creating positive experiences for both participants and their families.

Outside of work, Tyler is passionate about health and fitness. She enjoys going to the gym, attending Pilates, spending time at the beach, and enjoying time with her family and friends.

Tyler loves working in the disability sector and is passionate about helping participants feel safe, comfortable and supported. She believes in building genuine relationships and creating an environment where people feel valued and understood. For Tyler, the most rewarding part of this industry is knowing she can make a difference in someone's day, whether that is through providing support, helping someone achieve their goals, or simply leaving them feeling happier than when she arrived.
